Positive Living

A successful life is a life lived positively. Positive Living is when you are in good physical and mental health. The practice of positive values such as forgiveness and gratitude help in maintaining a balanced mental state. Hopefulness and optimism as positive emotions help us in leading happier lives. A Positive Life is also one where your finances are soundly managed and are able to cultivate strong and stable human relationships. Positive Living ultimately aims at getting educated for acquiring both skills of achievement and skills of well being with the aim to live a calm, serene and stress free life.

Stress Management

Stress is the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. It is what you feel when you react to pressure from the outside world (family, job, studies, friends) or from inside yourself (wanting to get promoted fast, or worrying about one’s status, or from a low self esteem)
It is estimated that 75 % to 85% of all medical problems are related to
Stress. Mismanaged stress hurts or even kills. Managed stress makes us productive and happy.

Suicide

Suicide can be an extreme form of behaviour as a result of unmanaged stress. It may have several psychological symptoms and behaviours such as poor concentration, disturbed personal relationships or domestic violence or psychiatric syndrome (group of symptoms) such as anxiety, mood disorders, depression or substance abuse.
