is the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical,
mental or emotional adjustment or response. It is what you feel
when you react to pressure from the outside world (family, job,
studies, friends) or from inside yourself (wanting to get promoted
fast, or worrying about one’s status, or from a low self esteem)
It is estimated that 75 % to 85% of all medical problems are related
to
Stress. Mismanaged stress hurts or even kills. Managed stress makes
us productive and happy.

Suicide
can be an extreme form of behaviour as a result of unmanaged stress.
It may have several psychological symptoms and behaviours such as
poor concentration, disturbed personal relationships or domestic
violence or psychiatric syndrome (group of symptoms) such as anxiety,
mood disorders, depression or substance abuse.
